She was excited to finally make some friends and have people she could talk to. The best thing was they knew what she had gone though because they were locked in the basement away from the world as well.

"I think its the Little Mermaid.. such a sad story but I still really like it" She told Cally.
"I also love Alice in Wonderland.. of course. What stories do you like?" She asked her.

Belle smiled sadly the look in his eyes was so painful but also so filled with love she knew they had truly been in love.
"I am sorry about your Alice.. I also grew up with out a mother.. She is lucky to have you as her Papa." She smiled at him. Belle may not have had a mother but her Papa was kind and a good man. He raised her very well with what he had. Now was the problem he wanted to control her and Belle had quite enough of that in her life.
"I remember you telling me about her in the basement, I am glad I finally got to meet her in person." Belle told him.
Grace was talking to Cally about books and it made Belle so happy to see the little girl light up much like she had when she was a child and her Papa brought her a new book.

“Believe it or not my favorites are beauty and the beast and Alice in wonderland, I also like peter pan” she answered her.
“I kind of wondered if you read Alice in wonderland” she said amused and grinned.

"Papa used to tell me stories about wonderland.. I never read the book until we came here." She looked over at her father
"Now I know why I loved it so much..." She said.
"Beauty and the Beast is a good story too. I really like that one."

He looked to where grace was talking with Cally. They were discussing favorite stories and that got him thinking aloud. "Her Mama......she wasn't from tghe EDncanted Forest like myself....or the rest of us...."

"If that's true then who is her beast?" Grace asked. She could see Belle loving the best just as she could see her loving her father. He was a good man after all.
She watched them, they seemed deep in discussion and Grace couldn't make out what they were saying.

"Oh? Then where was she from?" Belle asked. He didn't talk about Alice very much and she was happy he was opening up to her finally.
He did in the cells but she wasn't exactly in her right mind then.

“Here you would know him as Mr. Gold, but in your would his name was Rumplestiltskin” Cally answered.
Cally stood up then and looked through the books that were close by, she ran her fingers along every book till one of them suddenly faintly glowed blue with in the pages. Well that’s odd… she thought as she took it from the shelf.

Grace was surprised by that Mr. Gold? Well everyone in town did seem to think he was terrible. She thought about that, well Belle wasn't with him now.. and her father wasn't seeing anyone perhaps they could at least go on a date?
Yes Grace reasoned that was her new goal.
"Did you find a book?" She asked Cally.

Jeff turned away. It was then he noticed the Alice in Wonderland story. He picked it up. My Alice was......A princess of Wonderland...." he told Belle showing the book.

"I can't say that I have read that one yet" She looked at the book in his hands.
"..but I will now, to learn about your Alice." She said to him.
"They didn't give me many books in the hospital, so I have a lot of reading to catch up on.. good thing I have a library to work at every day." She smiled and laughed.
