Whale glanced in the mirror and then splashed cold water on his face. It helped. He just needed to stand there for a bit, hands against the cold porcelain of the sink. He needed to think of something unsexy. The most unsexy thing he could think of.
His mind envisioned Granny in the same flimsy tank top. He almost gagged. There. Embarrassing crisis averted.
He sighed and turned to a towel rack to dry his face. It's towels smelled like Ruby's skin. He probably breathed in the scent a little longer then he should have. He then went back to the mirror. Trying to make his hair look more presentable with his fingers.
The phone in his back pocket vibrated. He took out the phone and checked the message. It was an unknown number. No message. He put it away... that was strange. Whale went back to messing with his hair, but the phone vibrated again. He took it out and looked. Same number, but his jaw tightened when he read a message this time:
"I'll be seeing you around, my Victor."
Whale leaned against the tiled wall of the bathroom. It was bad enough with the horror fest at night, but now the immortal undead evil was ALSO using technology to harass the doctor.
"I am so screwed..." He said, feeling knots the pit of his stomach.

Red finished getting dressed, she was all ready for the day...
She glanced over t the bathroom door, he was still in there... alright.... She went over to the fridge and pulled out a carton of orange juice, truthfully she didn't have a whole lot of food in her loft, most of the time he'd sneak into the kitchen and eat at the diner. Hopefully she could persuade Victor to go to the Diner before he figured out she was eating from Granny's groceries....

Whale finally emerged from the bathroom. He rubbed the back of his neck, holding out his cellphone for her to see.
"It's him." He said. "I've heard of stalkers... but this is ridiculous." He joked... though it wasn't very funny to him. He sat down on the bed, slipping his shoes on, and then groping for his coat. "I need to see if Marco finally fixed my dead-bolt... then I need to acquire a few things to 'vampireproof' my apartment... perhaps I should visit the convent. Oh, Darwin, I forgot that I need to get to the city morgue to examine the two bodies..." He rambled on, only half there; the other half very far away.
He was interrupted by his stomach growling. He hadn't eaten anything since the half-hearted attempt on the hungry man dinner yesterday afternoon... and a beer last night. He looked up at Ruby.

Eww, not that Ruby had EVER put much thought into the kind of guy Dracula wold be, but she would have never thought him to be such a.... creep.
She grimaced a little, then handed Victor a glass of orange juice,"Slow dopwn a sec, we can call Marco and see if he's dopne with that, I'll call David about the bodies in the morgue, and we can definitely visit the convent if need be,"She approached him with a smile and straightened his collar a bit- more playfully than anything else," but before you pass out from hunger will you PLEASE let me make you breakfast??"

His stomach wouldn't allow him to disagree. He slowly nodded and let her take him by the hand to the door.

She kissed his cheek and lead him downstairs and outside to the diner.
Red unlocked the door with her spare set of keys,"Alright, any idea what you want? You're the first one here so I don't have any other orders to worry about" She opened the door with a shove,"order anything"
She led him inside and had him take a seat while she closed the door behind them

"I think I..." He tried to think about what he wanted, but he was so distracted. "I'll just take the farmers special." It was way to much food. He would have to run it all off later. The eggs, the bacon, the biscuits, the pancakes and hashbrown... ALL OF IT... yet all of it sounded so good right now. "And a tall orange juice, please."

"Alright, Farmers it is" she smiled and gave a nod, hopefully he could handle all of that,"Let me go get everything together, it might take me a minute to do that so if you want to make any calls- now might be a good time to do that"
Red kissed his nose then went back in the kitchen to get started.

First call he made was too the Sheriff's office. Emma picked up. Thank Darwin... he didn't think he could stomach David this fine morning. But the news she gave him was not relieving... at all. She wanted his location, but pretty much said she didn't have time to tail him. She advised him to go home and get some rest. He hung up. Staring out the sunny window.
The two bodies were missing from the morgue. Taken during the night. No trace of forced entry. Whale put his head down in his folded arms on the counter.

Ruby was busy in the kitchen, she had to get everything up and ready by herself and of course she wanted to start from scratch rather than cheat with biscuits from a box or things of the like. She worked up a sweat by the time everything was hot and ready, she brought everything out on a plate and placed them on the counter.
"... Victor?" She looked at him as she slid everything on the counter. She touched his arm gently,"everything alright, handsome?"

"...It's fine." Victor lied. He looked at the spread in front of him and gave what he hope looked like an excited expression. He was so damned fatigued from all this Vampire business. Whale just wanted a moment without it pressing on his mind. Like the moment he had earlier in the morning, with a sleeping Ruby laying in his arms...
"This... looks... SPECATULAR." He said. Whale went for the eggs first.

Ruby would have pressed him a bit more, but his compliment about the breakfast made her blush," Oh, thank you" she managed, maybe it was simply because it was Victor, but she had to suppress a ditzy giggle over the kind words
She had grabbed a few pieces of whet toast for herself with a glass of skim milk then walked around the counter to sit by him,"So Marco, convent, and morgue...." she started," that... sounds like.... fun?"

Whale was talking in between bites and drinks. Darwin, he really was starved.
"I was just on the phone with Emma: Marco has already been out to the apartment." He swished a bite of bacon down with orange juice. "And I'm no longer needed at the Morgue. The bodies seemingly vanished last night... this is EXCELLENT Ruby..." He was obviously trying not to flip out over that fact. What ever evidence the bodies could provide, the Vampire wanted it to remain hidden.

Ruby watched him a moment and took a bite out of her toast, she hoped he wouldn't choke.
"Wait, they're gone?" She had a feeling she knew where Dracula went after the little horror show last night," Well... jesus, what are you planning to do with yourself then?"

"I am going to finish this amazing breakfast, got to the convent... And then TRY to get a nap in after vamp-proofing my apartment." He shoveled more pancake into his mouth. Eating far to fast, but not wanting his distress to overcome him. "The bastard thinks he can control my life with terror, well... he has ANOTHER thing coming, dammit."
